Do you charge for the initial meeting?
No never!
Will you meet with the potential participants of the courses to discuss their issues and concerns?
Yes, if you want me to and at no charge.
Do you offer preferred rates for charities and associations lacking funding?
Yes. I am more than happy to help.
Are your courses really bespoke?
Yes I arrive at our first meeting with a 'blank sheet', we work together to create unique training solutions.
Can you offer short presentations as part of our event?
Yes I am willing and able to offer talks ranging from 20 minutes to several hours.
Do you utilise other trainers or do we get you?
I deliver all the courses within my expertise. I call upon carefully chosen associates to fulfil other training requirements.
Can you offer DISC online without further training?
Yes I can, but I would suggest we discuss how you intend to utilise the profiles and what in house expertise you have.
Can I receive a complimentary DISC report to see how accurate and useful it may be?
Yes you can, I normally offer them to decision makers but sometimes can have my arm twisted!
